Our foundation’s dedication to health, education, and gender equality stems from a deep understanding of the unique challenges facing communities in Liberia. We believe that good health is the cornerstone of opportunity, enabling individuals to pursue their ambitions and contribute meaningfully to society. Education is equally vital, serving as the gateway to empowerment and socio-economic mobility, especially for youth who represent the future of our nation. Gender equality is at the heart of our mission because inclusive progress cannot happen unless every voice—regardless of gender—is valued and uplifted. By focusing on these three pillars, we address root causes of inequality and work toward a Liberia where everyone has the chance to thrive. This holistic approach ensures our efforts create lasting, transformative impact in the communities we serve.

The foundation strategically invests in expanding access to quality health care throughout Liberia, addressing critical gaps that hinder community well-being.
According to the World Bank, only about 20% of Liberians live within five kilometers of a health facility, while the Ministry of Health reports that maternal mortality remains among the highest globally, with 742 deaths per 100,000 live births as of 2019. The World Health Organization highlights that preventable diseases such as malaria and childhood illnesses continue to claim thousands of lives each year.
In response, our foundation partners with local organizations to remove barriers to care, especially for mothers and children, and implements evidence-based interventions for disease prevention and treatment. By prioritizing sustainable solutions and leveraging data-driven strategies, we are committed to making meaningful progress toward universal health coverage in Liberia.
The foundation strategically invests in expanding quality education throughout Liberia, addressing key barriers that hinder academic success and opportunity. According to the Ministry of Education, only about 61% of children complete primary school, and teacher shortages remain a major challenge in rural communities. International assessments also report that literacy rates among Liberian youth are below regional averages, reflecting persistent gaps in access and outcomes.
In response, our foundation partners with local schools and organizations to improve learning environments, provide essential supplies, and deliver teacher training programs that elevate instructional quality. By prioritizing evidence-based approaches and sustainable solutions, we are committed to empowering children and young people with the skills and resources they need to excel, paving the way for a brighter and more equitable future for all.

The foundation strategically invests in advancing gender equality across Liberia, addressing systemic barriers that limit the rights and opportunities of women and girls. Drawing on insights from national and international data, we recognize persistent gaps in education, economic participation, and leadership roles for women. In response, our foundation partners with local organizations to promote equal rights, expand access to education and skills training, and support initiatives that empower women and girls to lead and succeed. By prioritizing evidence-based strategies and sustainable change, we are committed to fostering more inclusive communities where every individual can thrive.
